E for Eve. and Excuses.

I had chose being in my room over the company of crazy friends, being immersed in the cacophony of loud fireworks, crowd chatters, jubilant screams under the sky illuminated by colourful streaks of light, making the London Eye more than just a lone Ferris wheel by the River Thames every other night.

Why?

Because I don't want to come back alone. Because it is not safe. Because the crowd in the tube station will be crazy. Because I have to finish my assignment.

Yeah right.
